How AtPlot AI works
AtPlot AI is a chat assistant powered by Google Gemini. Your requests go through AtPlot's secure server to Google; the chat history itself stays on this phone (local cache). We do not sync AI chat history across devices and we do not store the conversation in your organization database.
Propose, then Confirm
The assistant can suggest creating a project, task, client, or calendar event. Those suggestions are not saved to CRM until you tap Confirm. Cancel leaves your data unchanged.
What is sent to Google
Before your first AI request or receipt scan, AtPlot asks for your explicit permission. When AI is used, the app sends your prompt, any attached photos, store receipts, or PDF documents, plus a short live snapshot of relevant workspace data (project names, budgets, statuses, open tasks, calendar events, specialists, and client names, phone numbers, and addresses) to the Google Gemini API (Google LLC) so answers fit your site. Do not paste secrets you do not want processed by Google.
What we log
We may record usage counters (how many AI calls, token totals) for your organization’s quota. We do not keep the full prompt/response on our servers.
If AI is unavailable
If the AI service cannot be reached, nothing is saved and you can simply try again later. The assistant never invents receipt totals from a photo.
